5th ELT Algeria Conference  will take place at Bacha Royal Hotel, Hammam Righa, Ain Defla

   The hotel offers accommodation for all participants. There is a lovely restaurant in the venue area which will serve us meals: breakfasts, coffee/tea breaks, lunches and dinners – starting with dinner on December 24th and ending with Lunch on December 26, 2023.    ELT Algeria Conference 2023 offers:

   All-Inclusive : Full registration which includes accommodation for 

– 2 nights, 

– 2 breakfasts, 

– 4 meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners)

– 3 coffee breaks in the morning an afternoon

– Attendance to the conference workshops.

-Attendance to the conference social evening activities.

– and conference Pack: badges, pens, notebooks, flyers, markers, flipcharts , certificates, and  an award for the lucky participant.

        Participants have the option to choose between

                           -1 Registration WITH accommodation                  Or               -2 Registration WITHOUT accommodation. 

        Participants will be housed in  double rooms or triple rooms  according to the availability,

Option 1 ( All inclusive)

Registration WITH Accommodation includes (2 nights stay), attendance to workshops’ activities, 4 meals; (two lunches & two dinners), 2 breakfasts, 3 coffee breaks, attendance to social evening activities  and a conference pack that includes: pens, notebooks, badges, flyers, certificates and one conference award to the winner.

               The Conference Fees for WITH accommodation are 10000 DZD for double rooms 

                                                                                                      and 12000DZD for single rooms ( No single room left)

 Option 2 ( A day-attendance)

   Registration WITHOUT accommodation includes workshops’ activities, two lunches, three coffee breaks and conference accessories: pens, notebooks, badges, flyers and certificates + one conference award to the winner.

                               The Conference Fees for WITHOUT accommodation are 5000 DZD  

    Please, note that applications will not be processed without receipt of full payment. Early payment and registration guarantee your participation

    Please, transfer your registration fees according to your choice to the following CCP Account:

    Once your transfer of the registration fees is done, please complete the online registration form and attach the receipt of your registration fees  with your full name and wilaya on.

* Make sure that places are limited and only early payment and online registration for the conference guarantee your participation.

* Registration can be closed earlier than the deadline if the required number of participants is attained.  

– Make sure you don’t use any messenger to send your receipt! 

– The registration must be completed with the payment receipt attached

–  Note that the deadline for registration and fee transfer is  November 15,2023.

– We can close registration before the deadline if the required number of participants is attained earlier.

– Please, note that no refund will be given for cancellations received after  November 30, 2023.
