5th ELT Algeria Network Conference  is scheduled jointly with the National Scientific and Cultural Association for the Promotion of the English Language (NSCAPEL)  from May 1st  at 2pm (Check in ) till May 3rd at 1pm (Check out).

It will take place at Lina Hotel, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Algeria.

   The hotel provides  comfortable accommodations,  an elegant restaurant and a swimming pool for the participants’ convenience.

NSCAPEL and  ELT Algeria Network Conference 2025 offer two participation options:

1) Self-Funded Full Package ( All inclusive) 

    – includes accommodation, breakfasts, coffee breaks, meals, a conference package, access to all sessions and use of the swimming pool.

2) Self-Funded Day Participation 

    – includes coffee breaks, lunches, a conference package and access to all sessions. 

3) Self-Funded (Attendance Only ) Participation
– Includes access to all conference sessions, Coffee breaks, badges, certificates and conference kits (subject to availibility)

*Accommodation for Full Package Participants: Participants can choose to be housed in a single, double or triple room

Option 1: Self-Funded Participation ( All inclusive)

Self-Funded Participation includes 2 nights stay, breakfats, 4 meals, coffee breaks, a conference package, access to all conference sessions and use of the swimming pool.

               The Conference Fees for Self-Funded Participation ( all inclusive)are:

                12600 DZD   for double room – per person for the stay

                11600 DZD for triple room      – per person for the stay

                16600DZD for single room      – per person for the stay

 Option 2 ( A Self-Funded day attendance)

Self-Funded Day Participation includes  two lunches, two coffee breaks, the conference package and access to all sessions.

*The Conference Fees for ‘ a Day Attendance”  are 5000DZD – per person for the two-day event.

Option 3 ( A Self-Funded – Attendance Only)- Seats are limited

Self-Funded ‘ (Atendance Only) Participation includes access to all conference sessions,  coffee breaks, official conference badges, certificate of attendance and conference kits ( subject to availibility)

The conference fees for this option are 2500 DZD

We are sorry , application is closed and we do not accept any payment.

– Make sure you don’t use any messenger account to send your receipt! 

– The registration must be completed with the payment receipt attached.

–  Note that the deadline for registration and fee transfer is  April 25th, 2025.

– We can close registration before the deadline if the required number of participants is attained earlier. 

– An email will be sent to you as soon as we have the confirmation of your money transfer.

– Please, note that no refund will be given for cancellations received after  April 25th, 2025.
